Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control logic
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
