Hotel Maintenance

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using logic controllers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively
- Proven experience in maintaining facilities and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
