Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, including working with logic controllers.
• Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
