Hotel Maintenance Engineer

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of rooms and common areas on property.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine maintenance procedures

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures

- Handle electrical repairs and installations as needed

- Maintain HVAC/PTAC systems for optimal performance

- Use ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems

- Utilize industrial electrician skills for electrical system maintenance

- Handle plumbing repairs

- Maintain key card readers

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in working with precision measuring instruments

- Strong electrical knowledge and experience

- Familiarity with HVAC/PTAC systems and maintenance practices

- Ability to use ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical issues

- Skills as an industrial electrician for maintaining electrical systems

- Familiarity with key card readers
