Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and building equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
• Maintain and operate precision measuring instruments, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults accurately.
• Conduct welding (including <LOCATION> welding), hydraulic repairs, and use field service techniques to resolve complex equipment problems swiftly.
• Manage maintenance requests through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), documenting all work completed for accountability and future reference.
• Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on projects involving mechanical systems upgrades or installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or staff maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial mechanic work within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
• Strong electrical experience with knowledge of industrial electrician practices, high voltage systems, and low voltage controls.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and analysis skills for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, welding (including <LOCATION> welding), hydraulics, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently in various maintenance scenarios.
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking and reporting purposes.
• Industrial maintenance background with expertise in mechanical knowledge, industrial electrician experience, and field service operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and external vendors.
