Hotel Maintenance Technician

• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1-2 years of experience
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fluency in English
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sense of pride in providing excellent customer service and the best guest experience possible
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

<span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Responsibilities of the position

• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Build, repair, maintain and paint all parts of the hotel
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Patch and repair drywall
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visually inspect, test and monitor manchinery or equipment, including interior and exterior lighting
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Maintain swimming pool, cleaning, vacuuming and testing for proper chemical levels
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tiling, flooring, light carpentry as well as repairing furniture and fixtures
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Attend all scheduled training classes and meetings
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist in delivery and set-up of all new equipment such as televisons, mattresses, tables, chairs, ETC..
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Communicate with Managment and Maintenance Team on projects as assigned
• <span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Respond to all guest requests in a timely and professional manner
