Hotel Management Trainee

India

Position Summary: The Hotel Management Trainee will undergo structured training across various departments of the hotel to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills. The goal is to prepare the trainee for future managerial roles in hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Guest Services.
  • Assist in daily operations and learn standard procedures and policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support department managers in planning and executing tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
  • Learn and apply hotel management software and systems.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and assist in procurement processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as part of training assessments.
  • Uphold hotel standards and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.
  • Basic understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
