About the Internship

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Interns (CS background) to join our Legal & Secretarial Team. This internship provides comprehensive exposure to Company Law, ROC compliance, Trademark Registration, FEMA, Due Diligence, and Secretarial Audits, offering a strong foundation in corporate governance and legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a CS Management Trainee in our CS Team, you will:

1. Corporate Law & Compliance

• Assist in drafting and filing ROC forms and MCA documentation under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Support in XBRL filing, ESOP planning, and fundraising compliances.
• Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and meeting minutes

2. Trademark & IPR

• Assist in end-to-end trademark registration filings.

3. Entity Incorporation

• Support incorporation of companies, LLPs, and partnerships.

4. FEMA Compliance

• Assist in foreign exchange reporting and compliance under FEMA.

5. Due Diligence & M&A

• Conduct legal and secretarial due diligence for clients.
• Support assignments related to mergers and amalgamations.

6. Secretarial Audits

• Assist in secretarial and compliance audits under corporate laws.

Candidate Profile – Who Can Apply?

• Education: Cleared CS Executive/Professional program.
• Experience: 0–6 months (internship/articleship in a PCS firm preferred).
• ICSI Requirement: Completed EDP (online/offline).
• Available for a full-time in-office internship in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
• Can commit to a 21–24 month internship.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, ROC compliance, and secretarial procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners or those willing to relocate preferred.
