Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable legal frameworks.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, notices, and minutes of Board Meetings and General Meetings.
  • Advise the Director on corporate governance matters, legal compliance, and organizational policies.
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, and business policies in line with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.
  • Assist in fundraising compliance, share allotments, issuance of shares, and other secretarial functions.
  • Provide support in company expansion activities including partnerships, brand collaborations, and investor onboarding.
  • Keep management updated with amendments in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (startup or FMCG/Beauty sector experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work directly with senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹64,943.78 per month
