Job Summary
Petty Ranch Inn, 45-room hotel in Springdale, Utah, is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily property operations and guest experience.
This role will cover the front desk, housekeeping coordination, and overall guest services, ensuring a seamless and elevated stay in the Zion area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and guest services
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, including self check-in workflows
- Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness
- Partner with the Leadership Team on operational performance and guest experience initiatives
- Monitor occupancy, rate execution, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in hotel operations or front office leadership
- Experience with PMS systems (Cloudbeds preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to wear many hats throughout the property
Schedule
- Full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Year-round role with potential for on site housing
Pay: $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
