About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager - F&B to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the property's Food & Beverage operations while playing a key role in the overall hotel strategy, delivering exceptional luxury experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance in line with Jumeirah's world class standards.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to shape and execute the hotel's operational and revenue strategy, driving innovative dining concepts, enhancing guest experiences, and maximising performance across all key business areas.
- Oversee the full spectrum of hotel operations with a primary focus on Food & Beverage, including signature restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in room dining, while working in close collaboration with key operational stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and end to end guest experience excellence.
- Full accountability for F&B financial performance, including P&L ownership, cost control, GOP optimisation, profitability by outlet, pricing strategy, menu engineering, and revenue optimisation initiatives to maximise commercial performance across the property.
- Act as a strategic driver of F&B growth and transformation, overseeing outlet openings, refurbishments, and concept rollouts, while partnering with Sales & Marketing on seasonal activations, promotions, visibility, and positioning, alongside driving manpower planning, productivity efficiencies, and succession planning within the function.
- Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and operational excellence by embedding service standards across all touchpoints, actively engaging with guest feedback, while inspiring, mentoring, and developing high performing teams, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, audit, and luxury brand standards, alongside strong stakeholder and VIP relationship management.
About You
- Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience within internationally recognised Michelin starred or high end luxury dining environments, across hotel brands or standalone properties.
- Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience, with a proven track record in elevating Food & Beverage concepts and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, optimise profitability, and deliver sustainable performance across complex multi outlet F&B operations.
- A hands on leadership style with a strong operational presence, actively working alongside teams on the floor and ensuring visible, engaged leadership.
- Proven ability to lead high performing teams in complex luxury environments, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and exceptional guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
