We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing hotel staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor hotel performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and oversee workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hotel standards and cleanliness.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and revenue management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing boutique hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- UAE hospitality industry experience is preferred.
