Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service throughout their stay
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest concerns with a positive attitude
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information and assistance to guests and staff
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting safety checks around the property
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
• Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall satisfaction during their stay

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred
• Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel setting
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
• Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are essential for professional guest interactions
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting procedures is advantageous
• A passion for hospitality combined with excellent organizational skills will help you succeed in this energetic role

Pay: $17.00 - $18.24 per hour
