Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports.
• Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information or directing calls as needed while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth handovers.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest requests or property issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services, hotel policies, and security procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and attention to detail in record keeping.
