Job Summary:
Hotel Classic Plaza LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Operations Coordinator to support daily hotel functions and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and assisting management in delivering high-quality hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance activities
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize revenue and guest experience
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Support staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage across shifts
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and service standards
  • Assist in implementing hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
