Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to optimize hotel performance during peak periods.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including inventory logs and vendor invoices.
  • Support the Management team in implementing new service standards and safety protocols.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and assist in departmental training sessions.

Skills and Requirements

  • Operational Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and departments simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and staff.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing quick solutions.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in hotel operations or a similar coordination role.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
