Position Overview
We are seeking a Crusher Equipment Coordinator to oversee and manage daily crusher equipment operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between operators, maintenance teams, and project managers. The Crusher Equipment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining NTP Crusher LLC’s reputation for reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate crusher equipment operations, scheduling, and maintenance activities.
• Liaise with project managers and operators to ensure efficient equipment utilization.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and service reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely repairs and parts availability.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industrial safety and equipment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment coordination, preferably in crushing or heavy machinery operations.
• Strong knowledge of crusher equipment, maintenance processes, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and equipment management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
