Position Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Equipment Coordinator to oversee and manage daily kitchen equipment operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Kitchen Equipment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining HRC Steel Kitchen LLC’s reputation for excellence in kitchen solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen equipment installations, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and technicians to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, contracts, and service reports.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and safety compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in kitchen equipment coordination, facility management, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operations, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and equipment management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
