Job Description:

1. Full Hotel Operations Management

Oversee daily hotel/resort operations:

Front Office

Housekeeping

Food & Beverage

Engineering & Maintenance

Ensure smooth guest experience and service quality standards

2. Financial & Performance Management

Manage hotel budgets and operating costs

Monitor revenue, occupancy, and profitability (RevPAR, ADR)

Improve operational efficiency and cost control

Report financial performance to OMRAN asset management team

3. Team Leadership & HR Management

Supervise department heads (FO, HK, F&B, etc.)

Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations

Ensure employee productivity and service excellence

4. Guest Experience & Service Quality

Maintain high hospitality standards

Handle VIP guests and escalated complaints

Ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation

5. Coordination with Hotel Operators

Provide operational performance reports

6. Sales, Marketing & Business Growth

Support revenue growth strategies

Collaborate with sales/marketing teams

Improve occupancy rates and seasonal performance

7. Compliance & Safety

Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance

Maintain hospitality and tourism standards

Conduct operational audits and inspections

Pay: From RO6,300.000 per month
