Hotel Receptionist

Front Desk Operations

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Provide room keys, hotel information, and directions to rooms.

Manage room reservations and booking confirmations.

Update room availability in the hotel system.

Guest Services

Respond to guest inquiries and special requests.

Handle complaints or concerns professionally.

Arrange services such as wake-up calls, taxis, tour bookings, or restaurant reservations.

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.

Administrative Tasks

Operate hotel management software (PMS).

Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and issue receipts.

Maintain daily reports on occupancy, guest arrivals, and financial transactions.

Answer phone calls, emails, and manage messages.

Team Coordination

Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status or issues.

Report unusual situations, emergencies, or guest incidents to supervisors or security.

Typical Qualifications:

High school diploma or a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or HRM is preferred

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service is an advantage

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD140.000 - BD170.000 per month
