About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Female Bilingual Receptionist (English/Arabic) to join our team and support a busy immigration law firm. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and providing excellent customer service. While prior legal experience is not required, strong communication skills and client care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in English and Arabic.
• Provide a welcoming and professional client experience virtually.
• Manage voicemails, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt responses.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• No prior legal experience required; training will be provided.
