About The Opportunity

Join an on-site front-office team in a busy UAE hotel environment where you will be the first point of contact for guests. This role suits organised, guest-focused professionals who can manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, billing and guest enquiries while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage efficient check-in and check-out processes, and ensure accurate registration and room assignment.
  • Handle reservations, modify guest bookings, and coordinate room availability with housekeeping and reservations teams.
  • Process guest payments, maintain accurate billing, perform cashiering duties and reconcile end-of-shift transactions.
  • Operate property management and front-office systems to record guest data, special requests, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and complaints—resolve or escalate issues to maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams to fulfil guest requests and ensure a seamless stay.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles.
  • Operational knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent property management systems.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic cashiering/billing procedures.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); clear telephone etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately under pressure.
  • Valid legal authorization to work in the UAE.

Preferred

  • Arabic language proficiency.
  • Experience with MICROS/Oracle POS or global distribution/reservation systems.
  • Formal training or certificate in hospitality, customer service or front office operations.
