Egypt Education Platform is looking for a dynamic and welcoming Front of House - Receptionist to join our team at Madinaty Integrated Language School. This role is essential in providing a positive first impression to visitors, parents, and students, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students warmly, addressing their needs and providing general information about the school.
- Manage all incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff and departments.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable, with all necessary materials easily accessible.
- Assist with student enrollment processes and maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and school activities.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are preferred.
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly demeanor with a willingness to provide exceptional service to staff, students, and parents.
- Proficient in using office software and managing basic data entry tasks.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
