In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently.
  • Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments using hotel management software.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure positive guest relations.
  • Support night audit procedures by reviewing daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
  • Familiarity with guest relations, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism.
  • Previous experience in night audit or overnight shifts is a plus but not required.
