Hotel Receptionist - Bahraini only

  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and issue room keys.
  • Reservations & Billing: Handle phone, email, and walk-in bookings, and process payments/invoices accurately.
  • Communication: Answer multi-line phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 per month
