Cluster Housekeeping Manager

<ul><li>taking bookings and cancellations, usually by phone, email or face-to-face and recording the information on computer</li><li>checking in guests, allocating rooms and handing over keys</li><li>answering questions about hotel facilities and about local transport, places of interest and entertainment</li><li>using sales skills to promote additional hotel services and facilities</li><li>dealing with special requests, such as room service, taxi bookings or wake-up calls</li><li>passing on messages to guests and taking mail for posting</li><li>passing on any guests' problems to the appropriate member of staff</li><li>answering the phone, operating the switchboard and dealing with the email and mail</li><li>checking out guests, adding up their bills and taking their credit, debit card or cash payments.</li></ul>Pay: BD180.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Hotel Reception: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Opera PMS: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Front Desk Agent

<ul><li>Answer phone calls and attend to guests' requests to book rooms or events at the hotel.</li><li>Check on the internal booking system and make the booking for the guest.</li><li>Obtain payment information and run credit/debit card payments when required.</li><li>Assist guests with booking transport such as taxis and giving directions where required.</li><li>Liaise with the other Reservations staff in the team and provide detailed handovers so that the next shift runs smoothly.</li><li>Send and receive emails and monitor the inbox for bookings.</li><li>Take and manage online booking through the online booking system.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service to all guests at all times.</li><li>Follow up with guests who may have had an issue with online or telephone bookings.</li><li>Manage the booking schedule effectively.</li><li>Arrange or rearrange dates with clients when there is no space for their selected dates.</li><li>Ensure management and receptionist staff are kept up-to-date with bookings.</li></ul>Pay: BD200.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Hotel Reservations : 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Opera Hotel PMS: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
