Hotel Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Hotel Representative fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French to join our team. This includes organizing tours, offering guidance on local attractions, and ensuring a smooth travel experience tailored to guests’ language and cultural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide travel and tourism information to hotel guests about excursions and tours.
• Recommend and book local tours, sightseeing packages, and dining reservations.
• Ensure all guest requests and itineraries are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and travel regulations.
• Coordinate group bookings, excursions, and VIP services as required.
• Provide clear and engaging presentations about local culture, landmarks, and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English Italian, Spanish, French (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of travel booking tools and hotel software systems
• Familiarity with local culture, geography, and transportation
• Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
