Hotel Reservations Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations for Domes and Camps through multiple platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, email, chat, and other online channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and booking requests.
  • Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of Domes, Camps, and additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date availability, pricing, and product descriptions across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and compare company products with competitors on platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and reviews to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Connect, promote, and share the Domes product across multiple online platforms.
  • Handle finance- rated inquiries, payment confirmations or dispute invoices.
  • Adjust property rates and room policies.
  • Change photos, descriptions, location or house rules.
  • Assist with account access, passwords and update contact details.
  • Participate in providing and updating information on sales opportunities and growing OceanAir business on the platform.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  • Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.


Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in hotel reservations including rating, adjusting prices on platforms and managing accounts on on-line channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), such as Booking.com and Expedia.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Demonstrated sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to upsell and maximize revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to support revenue optimization.
  • Proficient in the use of online booking systems, reservation software, and digital platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
  • Flexible and available to work on-site at our Al Mohandeseen office in Giza, Egypt.
