Job Description

Deliver exceptional service in a structured tasting menu setting, ensuring a seamless dining experience through attentive service and genuine hospitality

Provide detailed knowledge of each course, beverage pairings, menu items, ingredients, and preparations to enhance guest understanding and enjoyment

Execute fine-dining and tasting menu procedures throughout service, including managing chits, guest allergy protocols, dish placements, and proper markings

Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain operational efficiency and service flow

Interact with guests with professionalism, poise, and friendliness while gathering personal details to customize future dining experiences

Cross-train across assorted front-of-house roles including server, host, runner, and in-room dining to support team flexibility

Maintain high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness throughout service
Qualifications

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Proven experience as a server, server assistant, or in a similar hospitality role at a chef-driven, fine-dining, and/or tasting meny environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests

Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
