Hotel Revenue Analyst

Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue management reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to visualize key performance indicators.
• Analyze historical booking data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on analytical insights.
• Utilize SQL and other data extraction techniques to gather relevant data from multiple sources for in-depth analysis.
• Prepare detailed forecasts and business analysis reports that support strategic planning and decision-making for entire portfolio of our Hotels.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in revenue management workflows and recommending solutions.
• Support project management efforts related to analytics tools implementation or upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or revenue management within the hospitality or related industry.
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Visio, and Salesforce.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and experience with analytics platforms to support decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and revenue optimization strategies.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Pay: $45,986.23 - $60,198.46 per year
