Hotel Room Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to an outstanding guest experience in our hospitality environment.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including hallways and lobbies.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
