Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to meet quality standards.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Perform floor care tasks such as polishing hardwood floors or deep cleaning carpets to uphold a pristine environment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial supplies and industrial cleaning equipment.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques and floor care across various surfaces.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances guest interactions.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial tasks is a plus.
• Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles can be advantageous for career growth within the team.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
