Hotel Sales Executive

Position: Hotel Sales Executive (Male Candidates Encouraged)
Location: Dubai, 4-Star Hotel

Job Summary:

The Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to maximize hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients, including multinational companies, SMEs, and government entities.
• Identify and prospect new corporate accounts to increase the hotel’s market share.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and corporate packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams (events, marketing, operations) to ensure the successful delivery of corporate events and client satisfaction.
• Monitor corporate sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Attend corporate networking events, business forums, and industry trade shows.
• Travel within the UAE to meet corporate clients and attend meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate hotel sales or hospitality sales.
• Demonstrated success in generating corporate business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible to work outside standard hours to meet client needs.
