Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving room, banquet, and overall hotel revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key corporate and leisure accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR while strengthening the hotel’s market position.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue across rooms, F&B, meetings, events, and long-stay segments.
- Identify and pursue new corporate, government, travel agent, OTA, and MICE accounts.
- Increase average daily rate (ADR) through smart pricing, upselling, and contract negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, companies, tour operators, and travel agents.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and group bookings.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Provide input on rate strategy, promotions, and packages.
- Identify low-demand periods and create revenue-boosting offers.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Reservations, and F&B to optimize revenue.
- Ensure smooth execution of group bookings, events, and corporate stays.
- Monitor booking pace and adjust sales actions accordingly.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Track KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and conversion ratios.
- Provide regular updates to management with actionable insights.
Brand Representation
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and roadshows.
- Promote the hotel’s brand, services, and unique selling points.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 8-10 years of hotel sales experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Experience with corporate, leisure, and MICE sales
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, CRM, channel managers)
