Job Title: Hotel Sales & Operations Executive

Location: UAE (Dubai)

Job Summary:

The Hotel Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for generating sales across all hotel properties, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing hotel operations including reservations, confirmations, and coordination with partners. This is a hybrid role requiring a proactive salesperson with operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in hotel B2B sales is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of hotel operations and booking processes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks.

· Experience with hotel booking systems

· Fluent in English / Arabic

· 3 to 5 years of expereince in the field

Sales & Business Development

· Identify and develop new hotel clients, including travel agencies, corporates, and tour operators, both locally and internationally.

· Promote hotel products and services, negotiate rates, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Operations & Booking Management

· Handle hotel bookings and reservations efficiently on a b2b system

· Coordinate with hotels to confirm room availability, rates, and special requests.

· Manage client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

· Ensure accuracy in booking data, confirmations, and invoicing.
