Hotel Starbucks Barista Shift Lead - FT

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $21.09 Overtime eligible.

This position requires working weekends, holidays and a flexible AM/PM schedule. Opening shifts start at 5:30am and closing shifts end at 4:00pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily Starbucks shift / operations and support the team during assigned shifts
• Deliver exceptional guest service through meaningful customer connections
• Prepare and serve high-quality, handcrafted beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Coach and support baristas to ensure quality, consistency, and operational excellence
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational routines
• Support store goals and drive results tied to customer, partner, and business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Previous Starbucks or barista leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
