Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service while following health and safety guidelines.
- Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and delegation of tasks to optimize productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations.
- Conduct interviews for new team members and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including food quality, customer feedback, and financial targets such as budgeting.
- Support catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health department regulations.
- Foster a welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction through attentive service and hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience managing restaurant operations including shift management, budgeting, and food production.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high energy levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality management background with experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback.
