OCD Cleaning is a locally owned, women-owned company serving the North Houston area for over 17 years. We are growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our team.

Pay & Benefits:

• Paid Training: $14/hr for 5 days ( per job ticket hr )
• After training: Starting at $20/hr ( per job ticket hr )
• Performance-based increases up to $26/hr ( per job ticket hr )

Position Details:

• Residential and commercial cleaning
• Full-time position available (Part-time considered at 30 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Structured systems and clear expectations
• Previous experience required

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, deep, and move-out cleanings
• Follow company checklists and quality standards
• Take before/after photos and document notes
• Maintain professionalism in client homes
• Communicate effectively with team and office

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license & current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Consistent attendance and reliability
