Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure top cleanliness standards
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them looking pristine
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently, especially in kitchens and bathrooms, promoting a healthy living environment
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage janitorial duties efficiently, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Assist with light meal preparation or cooking tasks if required, supporting household routines and needs

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers safely and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic laundry skills for handling delicate fabrics and household linens
• Experience with custodial tasks or housekeeper management is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
