In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial settings. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Handle carpet cleaning duties with care, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Manage laundry tasks as needed, ensuring linens and clothing are cleaned and presented properly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Maintain a well-organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness in all environments.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including cooking for clients if required.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Has their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Has their own car and driver's licensed for transportation.
