Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure they remain pristine
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning products to ensure hygiene compliance
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
