House Cleaner

-- 8-5 m-f normally with an hour of breaks/ lunch each day 20-40 hrs. a week but hours could vary slightly depending on your schedule and ours

We start at $15 an hour depending on qualifications and after the 30 day probation period we sit down and determine your final hourly pay

--$100 or more Xmas bonus

--Off all national main holidays

--Off 2-3 days each week depending on week and need

-- pay day is every Friday at the end of your shift. First check will be the following Friday. Check can be cashed in Farmington at our bank for no charge

- This is a live on the property position. A private 1-bedroom apartment on the property is available and required to have this job in exchange for 17 hours of work a week. All utilities are included therefore you will not have any bills except your personal food, etc. This is for a single individual.

Description of Job:

You will be cleaning a lodge/house/vehicles/apartment as needed. Some basic duties are:

You will be cleaning all bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also be cleaning the kitchen, playroom and laundry room. You will be doing laundry. The garage and patios will need cleaned as well. There may be some minor cooking and childcare as well.

Do extra Jobs as needed

Such as organizing and detailing

-must be on time or early and prepare to stay a few min late sometimes to get the job done. Hard working, fast and efficient, with a let's get this done attitude. Keep your phone off or in the car until lunch or break kind of person.

Work is located at a private residence in St. Francois County. You will be living not in the private residence but on the property in a private apartment.
