House Cleaner

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces pristine
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards
• Assist with light cooking or meal prep when required by clients
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently while respecting client privacy and property

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
