The Role

Location: Fargo, ND (30 mile radius)

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available

Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available)

Pay: $20–$24/hr average (performance-based + tips + bonuses)

What You'll Do

Clean residential homes using TLC's proven systems and checklists

Work independently or with a partner

Deliver consistent, high-quality results for repeat clients

Represent TLC professionally in clients' homes

This Job Is a Great Fit If You:

Like structure, clear goals, and earning based on what you produce

Are comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs)
