• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces

• Organize and tidy up rooms according to client preferences and established protocols
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
• Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to reach various client locations as scheduled
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
