House Cleaner

Overview
I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join my company. The ideal candidate would have skills in time management, customer service and adaptability, and discretion & trustworthiness. Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred (basic, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning). A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential for success in this position. Employee will need to pass a criminal background check and drug test so that all clients will have peace of mind to build a trusting relationship.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and floor care to maintain cleanliness standards
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
• Handle special cleaning requests
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
• Reliable transportation is needed for timely arrival at client locations. (We serve Hampton roads area.)
• Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
