We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Arabic cuisine to join our household team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques. They will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Arabic meals for the household, ensuring high quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning: Create diverse and nutritious meal plans featuring a variety of traditional Arabic dishes.
• Cooking: Prepare and cook daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, according to authentic Arabic recipes.
• Ingredient Management: Source and use the freshest and highest quality ingredients, including traditional spices, herbs, and other components of Arabic cuisine.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Menu Adaptation: Customize meals to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions of household members.
• Event Catering: Prepare special meals and cater for household events and gatherings, showcasing the rich flavors of Arabic cuisine.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook, with a specialization in Arabic cuisine.
• Deep knowledge of Arabic culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of traditional Arabic dishes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
