HOUSE HOLD PURCHASER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented House Hold Purchase to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality house hold items (Lights, Heavy, Household products) at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for LHH category items.
  • Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for replenishment.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and specifications.
  • Track market trends and new product availability in the LHH category.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, quality, or invoices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement/purchasing .
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP purchasing systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
