Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Saudi Arabia
Company: SSK Material Trading and Contracting Co.
Experience Required: 1 – 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations
• Assign duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all assigned areas
• Inspect work areas regularly and take corrective action when needed
• Train new housekeeping staff and guide existing team members
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials and control wastage
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with concerned departments
• Ensure staff follow safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Maintain attendance, performance, and discipline of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage staff efficiently
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC will be an added advantage
