About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the household runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards while managing staff, schedules, and household logistics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the household.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff, including cleaners, cooks, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
- Schedule repairs, maintenance, and service appointments.
- Organize family calendars and special events.
- Maintain household inventories and purchase supplies as needed.
- Ensure the property is clean, organized, secure, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with service providers, and vendors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to household needs and unexpected situations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong staff management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
