About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the household runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards while managing staff, schedules, and household logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the household.
  • Coordinate and supervise household staff, including cleaners, cooks, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
  • Schedule repairs, maintenance, and service appointments.
  • Organize family calendars and special events.
  • Maintain household inventories and purchase supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the property is clean, organized, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with service providers, and vendors.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to household needs and unexpected situations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong staff management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
